What is the difference between Guided Setup and Executive Handover?
Guided Setup is perfect for getting the basics right: 2 hours of live training, a customized chart of accounts, and basic invoice templates. Executive Handover is a deep-dive for growing teams — we do the heavy lifting: workflow automation, custom financial dashboards, historical data migration (up to 2 years), and 30 days of priority post-training support.
Are the fees monthly or one-time?
The QuickBooks software licenses are billed annually. All of our implementation and training packages (Digital Onboarding, Guided Setup, Executive Handover) are one-time fees. Health Checks are billed once per review or via an annual subscription.
Do you offer support after the initial setup is complete?
Yes. All clients get free, 24/7 access to our AI Knowledge Hub for instant troubleshooting. If you need a human touch to keep your books error-free, we recommend adding our Quarterly Health Check or Annual Subscription for ongoing proactive file reviews.
